The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) defined an industry-wide, 14-point standard to make the quality of schedules as uniformly comparable and measurable as possible, and to provide schedulers and project managers with a guideline on how a 'Best Practice Schedule' should be structured.
In a meeting lasting about two to three hours, we will analyze your schedule together with you based on the 14 points listed above using Primavera tools. This analysis can be conducted over the phone in conjunction with remote access (e.g., Teamviewer).
Together with us, determine the quality of your schedule. If necessary, we will also be happy to provide you with a comprehensive description that gives you the opportunity to independently analyze the quality of your schedules in the future.
Conditions:
- Analysis of your schedule via remote access (approx. 2-3 hours) for a fixed price of 390 Euros.
- Concept for independent analysis 590 Euro.
